Online sales close Thursday 18th September, all orders after this time will need to booked over the phone and are subject to a £100 late booking fee, as additional kit maybe required to fulfil these orders.

There is a strict NO Starlink Policy, removal and fines are in place.

Basic Packages

Our Basic packages include either Basic Wi-Fi or Basic Wi-Fi and PDQ.

Basic WiFi connection

Individual Basic Wi-Fi connections are designed for light browsing, emails and your own payment solutions like “PayPal Here” or “iZettle”. Remain connected during the event. These packages are not suitable for demonstrating services on stand as there is no guarantee of speed. This type of connection is non transferable across different devices.

Shared Packages

Shared packages provide an assignment of contended bandwidth to speeds up to the level you choose.
You can connect up to 13 devices. The bandwidth package is divided between the devices you connect.
These packages are more suitable for demonstrating company websites to visitors and for stands requiring many staff to operate while remote from the office.

Branded Hotspot

Please select the internet speed required first.
Have your own branded Wi-Fi hot spot on your stand. Ideal for providing guest services where you want to provide internet access to important visitors. We will broadcast a specific wireless network with an SSID and password of your choice*. Optionally we can also include a branded splash page to help manage access for your guests if you wish.
This service is aimed at providing Wi-Fi for your stand visitors as part of a hospitality offering to keep them interacting on stand for as long as possible.
*Technical limitations apply, WPA passwords must be at least 8 characters long

Additional Coverage

Please select the internet speed required first.
If your stand exceeds 20mx20m additional coverage could be required to fill all of the stand. An additional access point can be installed to fill any potential gaps. If you are unsure please email us a stand plan and some contact details and we will give you a call to discuss the best options for you.

These packages are best suited for demonstrating or streaming critical on-line based products and services to visitors where absolute reliability is required or if you have a very high number of staff working on stand.
